Shipping destinations
We ship only to consumers within the European Union (EU).
Carrier
We ship with DHL. Where available, you’ll receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times

In-stock items:

Germany: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Other EU countries: delivery time depends on the destination country; the estimated delivery time will be shown to you at the latest during checkout.

Pre-orders:
Pre-order items ship on/after release and once stock has arrived at our warehouse. Release/shipping dates may change due to manufacturer/distributor/logistics.
If an order contains in-stock + pre-order items, we generally ship together once all items are available (unless stated otherwise at checkout).
Shipping costs

Free shipping from €100 order value (as shown at checkout).

Below €100: shipping costs are displayed before you place the order at checkout (depending on destination/order size).
Handling time
Orders are processed after payment is received. No dispatch on Sundays/public holidays.
Failed delivery / address issues
Please double-check your address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or non-collection, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Shipping damage
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us without undue delay so we can assist.
