Cancellation Policy (EN) – Cardtorious
Some items in our store may be offered as a pre-order. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can request changes or cancellations. Please note that “cancellation before dispatch” is different from the EU right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) which generally starts once you receive the goods.
1) Order cancellation (before dispatch)
If you want to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cardtorious.com.

If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will do our best to cancel it and refund you.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please refer to our Refund Policy for returns/withdrawal after delivery.
2) Pre-orders
A pre-order is an order for a product that is not yet released or not yet in stock at our warehouse.
Payment
Pre-orders are generally charged at checkout (unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout).
Release dates & delays
Any release/shipping dates shown are estimates and may change due to manufacturers, distributors, or logistics.
Allocations / limited quantities
Some trading card products may be subject to supplier allocations. If we cannot fulfill your pre-order in full, we may reduce the quantity or cancel the affected item(s). In that case, we will refund the corresponding amount.
Cancelling a pre-order
You can request cancellation of an unshipped pre-order by contacting info@cardtorious.com. If we have not dispatched the goods yet, we will refund your payment. If the goods have already been dispatched, please follow the process in our Refund Policy.
3) EU right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For goods, this period generally starts on the day of delivery. Details are set out in our Refund Policy.
